The Manufacturer warranty is as follows, and extends ONLY to the original USA user of the equipment and is limited to the purchase price of each part. This warrantee only covers USA buyers and does not extend to non-USA buyers. Non-USA buyers should contact the manufacturer directly about any warrantee coverage or claim in their country. Manufacturer(s) warrant products against defects in materials or workmanship as follows:

LABOR: For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, if manufacturer determines that the equipment is defective subject to the limitations of this warranty, manufacturer will replace or repair it at no charge for labor. Manufacturer warrants any such work done against defects in materials or workmanship for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.

PARTS: For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Manufacturer will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacement parts in exchange for parts manufacturer determines are defective subject to the limitations of this warranty. Manufacturer warrants any such replacement parts against defects in materials or workmanship for the remaining portion of the original warranty period. (Note: "Parts" may include the antenna assembly, receiver, LNBF, remote control, or antenna mounting hardware. It does NOT include other parts purchased separately.)

This warranty "does not cover" installation of the system. If applicable, such installation will be warranted under a separate installation agreement.
This warranty "does not cover" consumer instruction, physical set up or adjustment of any consumer electronic equipment, remote control batteries, signal reception problems, loss of use of the equipment, or unused programming charges due to equipment malfunction.
This warranty "does not cover" cosmetic damage, damage due to lightning, electrical surges, fire, flood, or other acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration by other than our factory service, negligence, or improper or neglected maintenance.

When you buy a receiver from us, your receiver will be sent to you with the latest software and firmware from the manufacturer. 3rd party software are not supported by us or the manufacturer and if used it will void the equipment manufacturer's warranty. Note that the software is incompatible across various models. If you upload the wrong software and create a problem with the receiver, this will not only void your warrantee and but may make your receiver inoperable. It may require service which is not covered under the warranty. File transfers errors are entirely your responsibility and we are not responsible for any receivers problems as a result of that. To avoid invaliding your warranty, contact your dealer to have a factory trained technician upload software to your receiver. Only official software and upgrades available from the manufacturer's can be used with your receiver. Under no circumstances, should any other software be used with a receiver.

All satellite dishes purchased through this site are non-refundable. We will only replace defective parts. The reason for this is we only want to retail "new" product to our customers and we do not want any opened item stock.

This warranty "does not cover" equipment sold AS IS, or WITH ALL FAULTS, auction sales, equipment removal or reinstallation, shipping damage if the equipment was not packed and shipped in the manner prescribed, nor equipment purchased, serviced, or operated by other dealers

Q: Are they satellite descramblers?

Q. Can I get foreign channels in my language?
A. Absolutely Yes, that is the point of free to air satellite receivers. You can pick up all the foreign channels you want, from every country. Free To Air is the best way to get the TV channels you want in your language.

Q. Where do I get additional software?
A. Updates often come up to update the channel guide or small issues they are not required. We do not supply additional software however they are readily available on forums and web boards such as Al7Bar. We are not allowed to offer you the software and sell the unit by law, however each unit is shipped with a manual.

Q. What size dish do I need?
A. You can use a stander 75cm small satellite dish for the US boundaries . This size satellite is stander, there for you have the required size or bigger, bigger the better. Southern Canada or Northern Mexico should use 90cm or larger.

Q. Can i use a satellite i have from Dish network or Direct TV?
A. Yes you can, all satellite dishes are equal and will work fine. All satellite dishes are the same other then the LNB(s) and size.

Q. Do you guarantee that these channels will remain free?
A. No, no one can guarantee "free channels." You will receive these channels as long as they remain free and in the clear (not scrambled). We provide hardware (receiver, LNBF, dish) and not software (programming). We make no guarantees or claims about programming.

Q. I heard there are channels on C-band as well. Will your receiver pick up C-band?
A. Yes, it will receive C-band and Ku-band. C-band requires a larger dish, a C-band feed, and LNB.

Q. Can I add your receiver to my existing C-band system?
A. Yes, you can. If you want to receive Ku-band signals on your C-band dish, you must have a Ku LNB on you feed system. This will usually require a C to C/Ku upgrade kit.

Q. How do I find the satellite?
A. The satellite you want to use will be determined by the programming you want to view. Telstar 5 is a very popular satellite for ethnic channels, Bloomberg, etc. Locate your satellite/programming on one of the web sites listed above and align your dish to that satellite.

Q. How do I peak my dish?
A. We suggest that you purchase a inexpensive signal meter for this purpose. If not it will take 2-10mins for it with out it.

Q. How do I become a dealer for your products?
A. E-Mail us with the amount of units looking for and price. For no taxes a resellers licenses is required. For tax-exempt certificate will be required.

Q. What is the warranty of your receiver?
A. We will exchange any unit that has a manufactory's error or bug for a brand new unit. Each unit has a full warranty coving parts and labor for at least 1 year. The coolsat 4000 pro comes with a full 2 year warranty.

Q. I want two receivers. What do I need?
A. You will need a dual LNB. Normally, this will be a direct replacement for your existing LNB. You will need to run a second coax from the dual LNBF to your second receiver.

Q. I want more than two receivers. Now what do I need?
A. You will need the dual LNB and a device called a multi-switch which allows for several receivers. The most common is a four receiver switch. Every unit we sell we give away a free switch.

Q. Can I use a diplexer to consolidate my local broadcast channels with my satellite signal?
A. Yes, you will need two diplexers; one to combine the signal on the outside and another one to separate those signals on the inside of your home.
